Once upon a time, there was this genre of shows called Game. Alas an evil show called Survivor changed the rules and now the game shows are being labeled as 'reality' TV. CBS is labeling their newest game show property as a reality show, they are producing a TV version of the hit game Draw Something. Now I have played it, in fact just the other day Steven Moreti and I were playing it, and it would be an interesting show.
Actually what I should say is that it was an interesting show, when it was called Win, Lose, or Draw. Now I know all about reboots and all that Jazz, but come on if you're going to reboot a show with a huge fan base, why not one of the soaps?
Here's what they had to say about the new show, “Each week, teams of celebrities and everyday users will test their skills in front of a studio audience to earn money and big laughs. Viewers can also play along at home for a chance to win prizes and compete with the celebrities.” Ryan Seacrest among many others are attached to produce the show.
What's next a TV Version of Words with Friends? Would a cheat be included in that?
