She says that something happened. He says that she is a liar. This case of He Said/She Said will hinge on a photo. Yes, thereis a photo with a time and date stamp on it. And it definitely proves the case in the woman’s favor. The only problem is that she doesn’t have the photo in her possession.
The photo was taken by a third party, Orange Girl, who was on the same television show. He wants that photo badly, and he has lots of money and a really big, nasty mouth to pressure Orange Girl into giving it to him and siding with him. And if Orange Girl isn’t intimidated and won’t respond to the stick, he will offer her the carrot of a spot on a future television show.
Orange Girl really wants to be famous. She may be willing to sacrifice the truth and her alliance with her friend in order to achieve that fame.
Either way he will likely get what he wants. He usually does.
