If I Wrote Soaps...

Last September All My Children was sadly put to death, and though Prospect Park was suppose to save it that doesn't appear to be happening. So I decided that for May sweeps I would give you the vision I have for where the show would be and Where the characters are.

JR fired a shot into the crowd that was toasting the return of Stuart. His two fathers, Adam and Tad, find him and wrestled him to the ground.  During his trial his vision of Babe came out, and he was sent to the mental institution with Janet. They compared notes on their "alters", and by doing so Mirror Janet returned.

Janet was released and kept a low profile, watching and waiting for the first sign of weakness in Adam and Brooke's marriage to make a move. When Brooke leaves for a business trip, Janet confronts Adam about everything that he has put JR through. Adam says he wishes he could go back and be a better father to his son and daughters. Janet realizes that she was a bad mother too, and bonds with Adam. When Brooke returns and "threatens" the new found friendship she is knocked out and stashed somewhere,

Adam is frantic trying to find his wife and turns to his ex wife Erica Kane. Erica has no interest in finding Brooke, she is too busy trying to get daughter Bianca out of Marissa's hospital room. She agrees to help Adam if he agrees to help her. Marissa is whisked out of Pine Valley Hospital, much to Bianca's chagrin.

Erica pays a visit to JR and informs him that their plan is working perfectly, and warns him not to double cross her. After that visit she goes to see David Hayward and the duo share a kiss. David tells her that no one suspects a thing and they go into David;s secret room where it's revealed that Simone Torres is still alive and well. Tad and Dixie will never see this coming.

Tad Martin and Dixie Cooney are at odds over JR. Tad convinced everyone to have JR put in the mental institution and Dixie thought it was a bad idea. Tads brother Jake encourages him to reconcile with his wife, so he finds her at Krystal's restaurant having a drink with Jackson Montgomery. Dixie sees her husband and runs into his arms. They share a kiss and Dixie spontaneously proposes again.

Jackson finishes his drink and looks around for his current paramour, when he can't find her he stumbles into the cellar for more whiskey. He finds Brooke all gagged and bound. He works on untying her and asks what the hell happened, and before she can answer there is an explosion........
