Once upon a time Soap operas were the bees kness, they helped fund TV execs pockets, prime time and all that jazz. Somewhere along the way though, they lost popularity and now are an endangered part of the TV landscape. Like the sitcom before it, soaps need to reinvent themselves, they need a better business model in order to stay afloat. I have a few ideas, one I have already shared and thatfocus on a team of investigators.
