If I were asked by Prospect Park how to keep All My Children going, without beloved star Susan Lucci, I would pitch this story to them. A mystery that ties in all of the characters and even a few not currently on canvas that will have fans cheering, and thinking at the same time.
After the grand finale, which is expected to end with some kind of life or death finale on ABC Erica Kane goes missing. Kendall, Bianca and Jack believe she is alive but was kidnapped by doppleganger Jane again. Giving credence to this theory is the face that Jane has also disappeared without a trace. Binks discovers a link between Jane and Brooke English, which sets them off on another adventure.
Brooke admits to knowing Jane, and even doing a piece on her that was ultimately rejected. She also flirts with a very lonely Jack, who gets a call from daughter Lily that she just seen Erica on her college campus. Jack and Brooke head to Lily, while Bianca fights to save her relationship with Marissa.
Kendall realizing that she is on her own, talk to Zack about helping but he won't hear of it. He thinks that this is a fools mission and won't be any part of it. Kendall then turns to Ryan who agrees to help much to the chargin of wife Greenlee.
When Susan finally signs back on the dotted line, we learn that her true love Dimitri Marrick had her and jane kidnapped and only one of them made it out alive...
