Now it is being reported that not only is the idea floating around Hollywood but that a star is already interested in the project!! Who would want to play Amy, you ask? That would be the one and only Lady Gaga!! A source revealed that Gaga “can talk, sing and move just like her – it’s uncanny,” and said “No one’s more perfect to play her.” Why would the Lady want to play the tragic songstress? Apparently she was looking for the perfect vehicle to launch her movie career “Gaga’s been itching to start doing movies and knows that a film about Amy’s tumultuous life of addiction, pain – and stunning artistic triumph – is the perfect vehicle to launch her big-screen career,”
