I hate drinking water. Yep I said it, and I'll say it again, I hate drinking water. Its so plain, and lifeless and yucky that I have a very hard time drinking it. Well i should say that I had a hard time drinking it, because now there is a product on the market that helps me with that particular problem. It's Called MIO and it helps enhance your water by adding flavor to it, without adding calories like some of the other enhancers out there.
I have tried theTarget brand of water enhancer, which is a powder but it adds calories as does most of the other enhancers out there, that are powdered. This is where MIO is different, instead of being a powder this is a liquid, and it does make a difference. When you have a bottle of clear water, and then you put in the MIO it looks like a band then you shake it up and it is red or brown or whatever color the liquid is.
There are a lot of flavors in the MIO family including my favorites Sweet Tea, Fruit Punch, and Strawberry Watermelon. I can't think of the others but I know they exist, however I am quite picky when it comes to things I will try and/or put in my mouth/body. I know, I know when trying to lose weight you should do what you have to do but thats not me.
