Recipe: Easter Leftover Crepe's

Don't for get to send recipes to Mandy at GenerationMandy@gmail.com for our first ever charity event!!! With that being said here's one to get you really excited about what we're trying to do. Originally the recipe was given to me by a dear friend of mine, and since that time I have played with it and made it my own.

Ingredients

Tortilla Shells
Ham
Broccoli
Carrots
Golden Mushroom Soup
Cheddar Cheese Soup
American Cheese
Swiss Cheese

Directions

Make soup as directed on the can.

Steam vegetables. You can also boil them but I prefer to steam them.

Lay out tortilla shell

Break up some ham place just a few "chunks" of ham on tortilla shell

Place a few carrots, and a few "pieces" of broccoli with the ham.

Drizzle a little golden mushroom soup. Repeat with the cheddar cheese soup.

Tear a piece of Swiss cheese in half, do the same for American Cheese

Fold tortilla shell, filled with the "stuffing" in half, place swiss cheese there.

Finish folding the shell and on top place the half piece of American Cheese.

After you have done this with all the crepes you are making, place them in a baking pan. Pour the rest of the Golden Mushroom and Cheddar Cheese soups over your crepes. Put in the oven, 350 degrees, until the soup on top caramelizes.

Enjoy!
