A troubling new study is indicating that the AIDS epidemic is showing no signs of slowing down. In major U.S. cities the number of gay and bisexual men living with HIV is staggering, according to the study it is 1 in 5 or 20%. What's worse is of those men half of them don't know that they are carrying the disease.

Race, and age are factors in the study. Of the black participants 28% of the men were infect, compared to 18% of the Hispanic and 16%  of the white participants. The African Americans were the least likely to know that they have the disease, almost 60% said they didn't know they had it. More importantly though  18 to 29 year olds must have forgotten about using condoms, and to get tested 63% in that age bracket said they didn't know they were infected.
