Steve Out Of Office Early
This is quite a surprise. Instead of holding onto Steve Carell as long as they can, producers of NBCs mega-hit comedy The Office are letting him go early, super early. Greg Daniels, who is executive producer of the hitcom (Damnit Michael Ausiello, this is your fault) says "Steve is leaving earlier than the [season finale], The big ‘Goodbye, Steve’ thing will be before [May] sweeps.” The series will focus on the aftermath of Steve's characters departure in a realistic way, people will vie for the job and have to interview for it, “It’s kind of a fun situation, and the chaos is creatively exciting.” As longtime Office viewers can attest, “Whenever something with big stakes happens, it leads to good episodes — and we will have a lot of significant things happening.”
