Snooki and The Jersey Shores cast are on the banned list here because well frankly I have no interest in them. Sometimes though, sometimes you have to break your own rules and this is one of those times. Seaside Heights, NJ (Yes the same New Jersey that allows Danielle Staub to run free)anyways prosecutors from that city have decided to charge Snooki with annoying people. The Prosecutor Kim Pascarella says "I understand she's become a public celebrity, but in all honesty it's really not much of a charge," the charge stems from a recent arrest for the reality "star." She is also charged with charged on counts of disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance.
