Mark Cuban, the billionaire who owns the Dallas Mavericks is calling on the NBA Board of Governors to investigate how the Miami Heat signed LeBron James, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade, the trio that has been dubbed the "Dream Three". Mark also says that the league needs to put forth stricter guidelines and harsher punishments for player tampering.
