Former General Hospital and One Life to Live Hunk Scott Clifton is jumping networks. The Emmy nominee will be appearing on The Bold and The Beautiful starting sometime in July. Soap Opera Digest Tweeted the good news, and as of now it is expected that his character will be ushering Adrienne Frantz' Amber back to Los Angeles.
