Nicolette Sheridan has slapped Desperate Housewives creator Mac Cherry with a $20 million lawsui, the charges in the court papers include assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination. She claims that Marc created a hostile working environment from the beginning of the series"behaving in an extremely abusive and aggressive manner toward the individuals who work on the show."
Also in court papers she alleges on September 28, 2008 she questioned something in the script and Marc reacted violently "Cherry took her aside and forcefully hit her with his hand across her face and head."Which he promptly went to her trailer and "begged forgiveness."
Nicolette reported the incident to ABC who took no action
