Heather Locklear has been cited for a hit and run accident that happened in the early morning on Saturday. Police found a no parking sign knocked over and traced it back to Heathers 2005 BMW. She has been cited for not notifying the police of the accident. Heather was not taken into police custody but she was cited for misdemeanor hit and run. Heathers attorney Blair Berk says that the matter is still under investigation becaise it is unclear as to who was driving the car at the time.
