Last Sunday Family Guy aired an episode that many believe was taking a shot at Sarah Palins baby son Trig. Teenage mother, and Palin daughter Bristol blasted the show:
"Are there any limits to what some people will do or say in regards to my little brother or others in the special needs community? If the writers of a particularly pathetic cartoon show thought they were being clever in mocking my brother and my family yesterday [Sunday], they failed. All they proved is that they’re heartless jerks."
Sarah followed up by saying it was a "kick in the gut" and that Bristol was "much more restrained and gracious statement than I want to make."
While the episode in question was sub par I think the message was actually much more positive, The girl in question wanted nothing but the best for herself and respect. I don't see how offensive that was.... Maybe if it came Rush Limbaugh
